Mining

Crushing, grinding, flotation and material handling equipment, spare parts and process chemicals.

Comminution and concentration plants consume wear parts and reagents continuously, which makes mining supply a planning problem more than a purchasing one. We supply crushing and grinding spares, flotation reagents, screening media, material handling components and blasting materials, with delivery scheduled against measured consumption rather than against whatever is left in the store.

Wear parts, reagents and consumables

A concentrator does not fail because a part is unavailable in the world. It fails because the part is unavailable at the site on the day the mill is down, and the difference between those two statements is planning.

That is why we ask for consumption data rather than order quantities. Tonnes milled per month, liner life in hours, reagent dosage in grams per tonne — from those numbers a delivery schedule can be built that does not depend on anyone noticing the store is empty.

  • Crushing — mantles, concaves, jaw plates, blow bars, cheek plates
  • Grinding — mill liners, grinding media, trommel screens
  • Flotation reagents — frothers, collectors, depressants, activators, modifiers
  • Material handling — conveyor belting, idlers, pulleys, skirting, slurry pumps and spares
  • Screening — polyurethane and rubber panels, wire mesh
  • Blasting materials — industrial ammonium nitrate and associated documentation

Reagents: buy the chemistry, not the label

Reagent enquiries almost always arrive as a brand name. It is the fastest way to describe a product that works, and the worst way to buy it, because a brand narrows the market to one seller and hides which properties the plant actually depends on.

What a usable reagent specification contains

Binding parameters, each with a test method — the values a supplier must meet. Typical values, clearly marked as informative — figures quoted for guidance that are not grounds for rejection. Without that separation, a good offer gets rejected for missing a number nobody cared about, or a poor one gets accepted because the wrong number looked right.

We write that document, put it out to qualified manufacturers, and let the plant compare like with like. In practice this usually widens the supplier base from one to three or four, with no change in metallurgical performance and a meaningful change in lead time and price.

For blasting materials and other regulated products, documentation and transport approvals are part of the supply rather than an afterthought — including rail movements to landlocked sites, where discharge windows at the border carry demurrage exposure that has to be planned for before the rake leaves.

Product groups

Crushing and Grinding Spare Parts

Mantles, concaves, jaw plates, mill liners and wear components for the main crusher and mill brands.

Flotation Reagents

Frothers, collectors, depressants and modifiers supplied against a chemistry based specification rather than a brand name only.

Material Handling Equipment

Conveyor belts, idlers, pulleys, slurry pumps and screening media, planned around measured consumption rates.
