Pertev is an industrial supply company working with oil and gas, mining and petrochemical operators. We sit between plants that need something specific and manufacturers who can make it — and the value we add is almost entirely in the translation between those two.

Plants describe requirements in the language of what is currently installed: a brand, a model, a part that came off the machine. Manufacturers price against drawings, standards and data sheets. Most delays, most rejected deliveries and most disputes at inspection come from that gap rather than from anything going wrong in production.

So our process starts with writing the requirement down. Which parameters are contractually binding, with what test method. Which values are typical and quoted for information only. What documentation has to travel with the goods. Once that exists, alternative manufacturers can be evaluated against the incumbent honestly, lead times open up, and there is an objective criterion for accepting what arrives.

Our manufacturing partners are in Europe, North America, Türkiye and Asia, selected on quality system, production capacity and export record rather than on price alone. We handle the commercial side in house as well: letters of credit, bank guarantees and documentary collections, together with shipping, customs documentation and delivery to site — including landlocked destinations where rail or multimodal routing is the only sensible option.
